Equipment Description:

Helmet pre-treatment test chamber is used for pre-processing before helmet to be tested.

The machine is applied to do pre-treatment of high temperature, low temperature, and water soaking

in constant temperature.

The box can be custom made according to specific test standard.

Test method:

1.   Water soaking in constant temperature: the helmet is soaked in fresh water with temperature

20±2, which is used for pre-treatment of electrical insulation, impact absorption, and puncturing resistance test.

2.   High / low temperature treatment: place the helmet in temperature regulating chamber for 3h under temperature of 50±2, -10±2, and 20±2 which is used for impact absorption, anti-puncture, and flame resistance test.

Main Characteristics:

1, external box is made of quality cool-rolled steel sheet, and the water bath case is made of 304B mirror stainless steel sheet.

2.  PID temperature controller

3.   Digital display timer and temperature gauge.

4.   Finned type stainless steel heater

5.   Temperature fluctuation is ±2 for this machine
